Jovikids OHHO+ Portable Booster with Cup Holder 125-150cm

Decent quality but doesn’t feel sturdy as its shaking a lot - guess its because of 360 degree system. It is a shame that same Ranger model has TT version but this one doesn’t have (not sure why you just put Top Tether to all products under the same model name ) I would recommend BeSafe products instead as they were rock solid.

This booster seat is excellent for car journeys! The ISOFIX fittings made it incredibly easy to set up, even for a first-timer. I was a bit worried initially as the supplied instructions were a tad confusing, but found plenty of helpful installation videos online.

My child is super comfy on it, and the added cup holder is a brilliant touch. The cover is removable and machine washable - a huge plus for messy kids! The seat feels sturdy and well-made, and the extra seatbelt loop is a great safety feature. We're really happy with this, and it looks great in our car too!

Pros:

Even though I use the seat in the front all the time, it is easy to install. The ISOFIX feature is a great plus if I want to move the seat to the back seats since it does have ISOFIX installed.

This seat keeps my 10-year-old comfortable since it is well-padded. With it, both short trips and longer journeys are handled with no problem at all.

I love how compact this seat is and portable. It sits well in my car and is easy to move between vehicles, considering the frequency of our trips.

The cup holder is a real plus. It keeps drinks within reach and helps keep the car clean.

Verdict:

Overall, we have been very pleased with this booster seat in our car. It is easy to install, comfortable, and practical-especially with the cup holder. That added a lot of value to it for everyday use and travelling.

I haven’t received it

Ordered my items which had a 2-3 day delivery timeframe. 2 weeks later no sign of order, tracking to say it hasn’t been despatched. Contacted customer service to say it was being despatched the following working day and 4 days later nothing still.

Still not delivered two weeks on.

The product is good.
The customer service is very very poor.
I made an order, the product want available and nobody informed me. I chased via email. Only then was I told that product I ordered wasn’t available.
So: I received a product I didn’t initially order and there was no compensation offered. Unacceptable service.
FYI this was my second order and I now have 4x car seats from you - I deserve to be treated better.

I haven’t received my order! I’ve emailed you to chase where it is but as of yet I’ve still not received anything to actually review!

Bought two of these from a company that really cares about customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, great people to deal with. The boosters themselves are light, well made and easy to fit on Isofix. Kids love them, very comfy and they’re happy.

As it’s out of stock currently, I’m awaiting its despatch

I’m very happy with the order received, portable booster seat. Unfortunately after placing my order for a booster seat with cup holder and waiting over a week, I emailed the company for an update and was told the seat was not in stock so I had to settle for the same seat, no cup holder. Not the best service but happy with my order now it’s arrived

Asked to rate and yet still not arrived. Been nearly 3 weeks now.

I am So cross with this company! Paid for a car seat and still haven’t received it over two weeks later! Absolutely No communication whatsoever then I receive an email asking how the order went!! I am demanding my money back!
I wouldn’t recommend this company whatsoever. Such a let down!

Bought from the website, never recieved the item. Emailed after 2 weeks, and was told they are out of stock, but could send a different booster seat. Another 2 weeks later and still nothing.

We never received our order!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, and it's still not been dispatched. Chased customer service who have told me it is out of stock which is ridiculous because it shows in stock on their website. Still waiting for a reply about when my order will be dispatched. They even told me to order from Amazon instead of direct with Jovikids. I am a very unhappy customer and am receiving beyond poor, unprofessional customer service and they are wasting so much of my time.

I'm totally astounded that as below I'm invited to review this product.

I ordered this product three weeks ago and apparently is was "awaiting dispatch" on 27th April, the same day payment was taken.

But as of yet I've received nothing. No replies to emails. No product. And apparently if I check the tracking it's still 'awaiting dispatch". Absolutely shocking. When will this saga be resolved? No idea.
